Mimosa Sangria
Makes 8-10 servings
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 1 medium orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced in half
- 1 lime, sliced in half
- 2 cups white wine, chilled
- 3 cups orange-flavored sparking water, chilled
- 2 cups VELVET Mimosa Sherbet
Stir together first five ingredients in a large pitcher and
chill for 4 hours. Stir the sparkling water into the wine mixture,
just before serving. Add scoops of the sherbet into the pitcher
and stir. Serve in beautiful stemware.
