Mimosa Sangria

Makes 8-10 servings

  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 medium orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced in half
  • 1 lime, sliced in half
  • 2 cups white wine, chilled
  • 3 cups orange-flavored sparking water, chilled
  • 2 cups VELVET Mimosa Sherbet

Stir together first five ingredients in a large pitcher and chill for 4 hours. Stir the sparkling water into the wine mixture, just before serving. Add scoops of the sherbet into the pitcher and stir. Serve in beautiful stemware.
