It's that time of year again! The 2013 Utica Sertoma Ice Cream Festival planning is underway and we're excited to announce the 3rd Annual Little Miss Ice Cream contest held on May 25th at 1:00pm.
If your daughter will be six years old on or before May 25th of this year and resides in Licking County, she is eligible to compete in this year's pageant. In addition we request that she wears a long dress (tea length is acceptable). Special ice cream adornments are encouraged, but not required. The contest will accept the first 15 entries and receipt of entry will be confirmed.
