2 chocolate graham cracker squares (4")
2 teaspoons smooth peanut butter
1/3 cup Velvet Double Chocolate Fudge No Sugar Added Ice Cream
Spread one teaspoon of peanut butter onto the inside of each
of the graham crackers. Place in freezer for 5 minutes. Place
ice cream on one of the peanut butter-coated crackers and cover
with second cracker (peanut butter on the inside). Wrap in saran
wrap and place in freezer until firm.
Serves One
