Apple Cinnamon Sundae

2 Fugi or Yellow Delicious apples, skin removed, cored and sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1 container VELVET Cinnamon Ice Cream

In a large skillet, sauté the apples and butter together until softened. Add the brown sugar and corn syrup and cook until caramelized, about 2 minutes. Place a scoop of ice cream in four bowls. Divide and pour the warm apples over each of the bowls of ice cream.
